      To secure your unit:
    • Sign the Deed of Sale Agreement.
    • Pay the remaining Cash Deposit (minimum of 10% of total purchase price less the Initial Deposit already paid).
    • Provide a bond approval letter/bank guarantee/ cash for 90% of balance of purchase price.

    All money paid by the purchaser will be held by Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr. Should the developer elect not to proceed with the development, all money paid by the purchaser into the attorneys trust account will be refunded.
