To secure your unit:
- Sign the Deed of Sale Agreement.
- Pay the remaining Cash Deposit (minimum of 10% of total purchase price less the Initial Deposit already paid).
- Provide a bond approval letter/bank guarantee/ cash for 90% of balance of purchase price.
